By completing this registration, the team contact, on behalf of the team, has agreed to abide by the rules, procedures, policies, and regulations of the Elite Prospects Cup Series (EPCS) events. In addition, the team contact releases the team and the association, the organizers and sponsors of the 2025-2026 EPCS events, officials, arena management, and all involved in the event series/tournament from any liability for any injury, accident, theft or damage which may be incurred by and/or caused by any player, team official or spectator while participating in the tournament or while traveling to or from the tournament.

I/We have read, understand and agree to comply with the waiver as outlined above.

Start/Finish time of the event series/tournament:

I/We understand that EPCS event series start at 7:30 am on the first day and finish by 5 pm on the last day. I/We also understand and agree that Elite Prospects and/or SuperSeriesAAA is not responsible for teams that choose to book travel within that time frame.

Agree to stay to play:

I/We understand that this is a stay-to-play event and that my team (unless local) is required to utilize Elite Prospects/SuperSeriesAAA designated hotels for the duration of the event. I/We understand that if hotels are not reserved and booked by 6 weeks from the start date of the event, Elite Prospects/SuperSeriesAAA reserves the right to withdraw my team from the event without refund.

Roster:

I/We understand that my team is required to have an approved USA Hockey/Hockey Canada certified roster submitted to SuperSeriesAAA at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each event. In addition, travel waivers will be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each event, when appropriate. Failure to submit roster or travel waiver will result in removal of the event and forfeiture of event series/tournament fees.

Schedule subject to change:

I/We understand that the schedule is subject to change and may need to be adjusted due to error or other event-related issues and that I/we should not book any activities that are non-refundable during any scheduled event(s).
